QCF Level 3 Certificate in Advice and Guidance

Who is this for?

This qualiļ¬cation is ideal for learners working directly with clients, disseminating information, advice, and some level of guidance at Level 3. Candidates will usually be working within some clear guidelines in the practice and guidance environment or working within a designated advice or guidance organization.

What will I study?

The Certificate Level 3 is made up of mandatory and optional units. The total credit value needed to achieve the qualification is 21 Credits. (12 Credits from the four mandatory units and an additional 9 Credits from the optional units pathway.)

The 4 mandatory units:

  • Establish communication with clients for advice and guidance
  • Support clients to make use of the advice and guidance service
  • Review own contribution to the service
  • Understand importance of legislation and procedures

Learners do not need formal entry requirement for this qualification. Candidates must be over 18 years old.

What is the fee?
